There will be almost 5500 festival patrons in addition to a staff of almost 600 people. The potential for significant product or services exposure is great. The Metrolina Tradeshow Expo maintains total control over any vendors selling food at the Charlotte Oktoberfest.

All interested vendors will need to submit an application by completing the form below. There is a minimum $300 charge for a 10' x 10' covered area with one 8' table and two chairs. Vendor booths located on the field will cost more. We will consider all requests and contact you after your application has been reviewed by the Oktoberfest committee.
